As most of our treatments require time for preparation, please give 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel. A 50% fee will be charged should you fail to arrive without giving notice. We will however assist in rescheduling your appointment.

In the event of late arrivals, treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, however we will try our best to ensure that the quality of your treatment is not compromised.

A 50% deposit will be required on all group bookings and day packages.
